A team meeting must be about planning for another plan.

While a good meeting should establish a safe and open environment for all attendees, depending on the size of the company, too many cooks in the kitchen can mean limited connection among the members, especially for the right people who are supposed to be in the meeting in the first place. For a meeting to be productive, attendees should only involve those that are necessary.
