Founded in 2020, NKR launched NKR Recruit as an external recruiting agency for a BPO company during the second quarter of the pandemic. At the time, U.S. academia and many businesses were unprepared for the sudden shift to remote work, creating an urgent need for reliable remote workforce solutions. In response, we deployed over 800+ Virtual Proctors within a span of four months, supporting multiple universities across the United States and ensuring continuity of examinations without disruption. During its first two years, NKR Recruit maintained a close and exclusive partnership with the BPO company while reaching significant milestones early on.

NKR Recruit optimized its end-to-end recruitment process through technology, redesigning it for a fully remote environment. By removing unnecessary interactions and automating requirement submissions, we significantly increased efficiency and precision. By the time candidates reach the initial interview, they are already highly filtered, with a 96% match rate for progression to the next stages.

What started with Filipino Virtual Proctors supporting the U.S. workforce rapidly evolved into a global recruitment operation within six months of establishment. NKR Recruit expanded talent capabilities to support multilingual staffing across global markets, delivering premium candidates fluent in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, Spanish, French, and German.

Within its first two years, NKR Recruit scaled its talent network from zero to over 3,000 vetted profiles, establishing a strong and continuously growing global talent pipeline. Through strategic outsourcing partnerships, NKR Recruit has supported remote staffing initiatives for leading institutions and global organizations, including American universities and enterprise clients such as Intel, Facebook, and Dropbox.
