Her leadership in these businesses has allowed her to tap into diverse global markets, with operations spanning the Philippines, the United States, and beyond.

IN is committed to lifelong learning and has pursued education in diverse fields to equip herself with the skills needed to navigate both the creative and business worlds.

She is currently advancing her expertise with Harvard Business School Online, where she is in the process of completing continuing education in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Disruptive Strategy, and Tech Venture. These programs are designed to deepen her knowledge of strategic thinking, innovation, and technology in business—key areas she leverages to lead her companies, NKR Digital and NKR Recruit.

IN’s formal business education began with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Marketing Management, from Colegio de San Juan de Letran. This solid foundation in business and marketing paved the way for her entrepreneurial ventures and her ability to develop successful strategies for growing and scaling businesses.

Additionally, IN honed her creative talents at the Fashion Institute of the Philippines, where she majored in Fashion Design and Merchandise. This training equipped her with the eye for detail, creativity, and design thinking that she applied in her early career as a fashion stylist and later as an entrepreneur building brands like Supplement Plus (SUPP+).

This combination of business acumen and creative expertise has been instrumental in IN’s ability to lead across multiple industries, from fashion and retail to digital marketing and HR solutions.
